Product Information.
• We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of products that appear on this website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor & photographic conditions, we cannot guarantee that the displayed colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. • All sizes and measurements are approximate; however we do make every effort to make sure they are as accurate as possible.
• Products supplied may at times vary from those advertised
• We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published including prices and promotions.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Prices are inclusive of VAT.
• We reserve the right to refuse / cancel any order – subject to a full refund where applicable.
• Goods are subject to availability. At the time an order is placed, availability & estimated delivery date are stated. As there is sometimes a delay between the time the order is placed and the time the order is processed, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we process the order we shall notify you as soon as possible & inform you of the estimated delivery date. If this date is not acceptable, the order may be cancelled. We will, however, try to re-stock & deliver to you as soon as is possible

Gift Wrapping, Packaging, Cards and Messages.
• Wrapping / Packaging is subject to availability. We will do our best to ensure that all patterns and styles offered are available to choose from. In the event your chosen wrapping / packaging is not available we will aim to let you know as soon as possible. If for any reason we are unable to make contact with you, we reserve the right to use alternative wrapping / packaging.
• The colour of cards, as with products, may vary slightly according to your monitor / photographic conditions. Due to lighting and camera angles some cards of a 3-D effect may not be displayed to their full effect, and so appear 2- dimensional.
• If you have requested a hand-written card from Mars2Venus the appearance & handwriting style may vary from message to message. We do not accept any responsibility for the recognition or style of handwriting.
• Every effort will be made to ensure that requested hand-written messages in cards & printed messages on complimentary message cards will be relayed as accurately as possible.
• We do not accept any responsibility for the accuracy of the message or any errors or omissions.
• Any messages posted by you on our feedback page, or sent by us on your behalf to a third party (including those provided for flowers ) will not contain anything which may be construed as threatening, harassing, abusive, vulgar, defamatory, obscene, racist or which may cause embarrassment or distress to any person or are otherwise unlawful or objectionable.
• You are entirely responsible for any material or text which you supply us with for the use of gift messages and Mars 2 Venus accepts no liability for such content.
• You will not impersonate any person, including any of our employees or customers.
• We do not always pre-screen messages but may monitor them, without notice, at any time.
• We reserve the right to refuse to send, provide or display any messages which do not fully comply with the above.

Fresh Flowers
• All flowers will be sent out via Teleflorist and will be dealt with separately from any other order you may place with us. Therefore we cannot guarantee delivery times.
• We will endeavour to get your flowers delivered on the same day as the rest of your order.
• Any message you request on your flowers will be dealt with by Teleflorist & as such we cannot accept responsibility for its content, appearance, any errors or omissions.
• If you are not happy with the quality or freshness of your flowers please contact us us on 0845 838 1676 or enquiries@mars2venus.co.uk
• If in the event the flowers you have chosen are not available, we will contact you via email or telephone as soon as we can. If we cannot reach you, we reserve the right to send an alternative arrangement of equal quality and value.

Reminder Service
At present, Mars 2 Venus offers a free reminder service for Birthdays and Anniversary’s etc at your request. We reserve the right to discontinue this service at any time and cannot be held responsible for any reminders not received, or any other errors or omissions, for any reason whatsoever.

Treats and Weekend Breaks
All treats and breaks are supplied via Superbreak.
When purchasing any of the above you will receive vouchers to the value of whichever treat, break, meal or experience you have chosen. These may be redeemed against Superbreak products subject to their Terms and Conditions.
As these breaks are supplied through Superbreak, once Mars 2 Venus have supplied the vouchers we are unable to deal with any booking information, queries, complaints etc. these must be raised directly with Superbreak. However, because we pride ourselves on customer service, we would like to know of your experiences, good or bad.

Price Promise
The Price Promise does not apply to CDs and DVDs. If you have found one of our products cheaper elsewhere, we will refund you the difference. To make your claim just phone us on 0845 838 1676 or email us at sales@mars2venus.com quoting the original purchase order number and details of where the cheaper product is available with full contact details of store or website.

The products must be identical, of exactly the same quality and of the same brand, and must be from the UK. Replicas and imports do not qualify. If the item is featured on another website, it must be from a bone fide UK Co. registered website. Items on special offer, promotion, sales, clearance etc. are not valid. All prices to be inclusive of VAT and excluding gift-wrap, postage/delivery and packaging costs. All refunds will be payable to the card which was used to make the original purchase.
This offer is made at our own discretion and we reserve the right to refuse any Price Promise claims.

Payment Policy
We accept most credit/debit cards, cheques or bankers draft. In all cases, goods will only be despatched once payment has cleared.
You can pay online through our secure payment system by credit/debit card. Or you can ring us with your card details on 0845 838 1676.
Cheques are to be made payable to Mars 2 Venus. Please allow up to four days for a cheque to clear before goods are despatched. If you wish to pay by Bankers Draft, goods will be despatched upon receipt.
We regret we are unable to process cash or postal order payments.

Bank Holidays
• Every effort will be made to ensure that all orders placed prior to or on a National Bank Holiday will be processed & delivered as soon as possible
• During National Bank Holidays orders can be placed on the website but will not be processed until the next working day. Please allow for this when placing orders on and around National Bank Holidays.


Delivery
• NB. Products are sent via courier or special delivery/recorded post. Everything delivered must be signed for – it cannot just be left.


• The following charges will apply for delivery and packaging inclusive:
Orders under £9.00 it will cost £2.10
Orders between £9.00 and £20.00 it will cost £4.95
Orders between £20.00 and £200.00 it will cost £6.50
Orders over £200.00 it will be free

These costs cover the outer packaging which is used to protect the products, and the shipping charges for our couriers to deliver your parcels safely or to cover the cost of Recorded Delivery.
You can request a delivery date for your presents to arrive on a birthday or Anniversary for example. We will endeavor to deliver on or as near to this date as possible, but please note we do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays. The charge stated at time of purchase will still apply. .
• If goods are showing in stock then they will normally be delivered in 1-3 working days.
• Working days are Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm. This excludes Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank Holidays. Additional days should be allowed in these circumstances.
• Goods ordered on a Friday in some circumstances may not reach you until Tuesday. We will however, do all we can to get your gifts to you by Monday. Goods ordered over the weekend will usually be delivered by Tuesday.
• If goods are not showing in stock when you select them, then you should see a guide on estimated delivery times of the product. If you order a product that is not currently in stock, we will keep you informed via email of delivery progress. You can also track any orders by looking at the status in ‘my orders’.

Returns and refunds
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee.
With the exception of fresh flowers and chocolates, under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may only exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt providing the conditions set out below are strictly adhered to:
• If you intend to return any item please contact us as soon as possible after receipt, stating why you wish to return the goods e.g. faulty, damaged, unsuitable etc. We will arrange for the goods to be collected by courier. Under certain circumstances there may be a charge for this.
• All returned goods must have the original receipt enclosed
• For reasons of hygiene earrings may not be returned. All earrings are checked for faults/damage before they are dispatched.
• Underwear can only be returned if garments are unworn, clean and unwashed with all the labels attached and intact. Please check sizes carefully on receipt. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept any item of underwear which does not appear to comply with the above.
• If you are returning goods simply because they are unwanted, then to qualify for a refund or exchange, goods must be exactly as they were dispatched i.e. still sealed in original packaging with all labels attached and intact. Please note that delivery, packaging and gift wrapping costs cannot be refunded.
• We reserve the right to reject the return of any item.
• All refunds are to be made to the original payment card or by cheque.

We understand that many items purchased from this website are bought as gifts and as such may not be opened / inspected on the day they were delivered. For this reason if there will be a time delay between delivery and the opening of gifts, please inform us at the time of purchase and where possible we will take this into account, when applying the above policy.

Any use of this website or it’s contents, including storing or copying it or them in part or whole, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Mars2Venus. You may not distribute, re-post or modify anything on this website for any purpose. We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, and save as otherwise specified by us, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials in this website.
